Sharing Love...
through Ministries of Compassion

The Hope Corps

Crossing cultural barriers to share faith, give hope and show love to people in desperate need.

It’s time for a new generation to answer the call, not to join The Peace Corps but to sign up for The Hope Corps—an all-volunteer army of men and women who leave the comforts of America and cross cultural barriers to share faith, give hope and show love to people in desperate need.
In 1961, in his first year in office, President John F. Kennedy established The Peace Corps to provide young men and women of the United States a unique opportunity to serve abroad in projects of social and economic development—primarily in underdeveloped nations. Peace Corps volunteers agreed to serve “under conditions of hardship if necessary.”

Half a century later, we believe it’s time for a new generation to answer the call, not to join The Peace Corps but to sign up for The Hope Corps—an all-volunteer army of men and women who leave the comforts of home and cross cultural barriers to help and serve the poor, bringing hope in Jesus’ name. The Hope Corps now has its first recruits on the field. Hope Partners will coordinate logistics, communications and support for what we believe will be an ever-growing number of world changers—totally committed to Christ and unreservedly determined to take up His cross and carry it to the ends of the earth.
