with Hope Partners

Hope Partners Costa Rica exists to rescue children and transform their lives through acts of compassion. We establish Centers of Hope in some of the most impoverished parts of the world to care for the most vulnerable among us.

Internship Opportunities

The Hope Center in San Jose, Costa Rica serves hundreds of students currently living in extreme poverty. We’re looking for college students and recent graduates who are willing to commit 10 weeks of their time in service of the hurting world.

Who is
this for?

College aged individuals between the ages of 18-23, who have a heart for the world, and desire to learn and work in a global ministry setting.

What will
you do?

Alongside our Hope staff, interns will lead short term missions teams as we bring justice and hope to children living in vulnerability.

What will you experience?

Interns will experience international leadership development and discipleship alongside long term leaders in Costa Rica.

Internship Overview

Intern Qualifications

  • Must be between the ages of 18-23
  • A heart for Jesus and His people
  • Have a desire to develop a greater world view
  • Passion to serve
  • Must be teachable, humble, and have a willingness to grow in his/her character

The Details

  • May 20th – July 30, 2023. (Arrive in Costa Rica May 20, 2023 with departure on July 30, 2023)
  • Cost: $2,950 plus airfare. Pricing includes lodging, all meals, local medical insurance, ground transportation, and an exploration weekend.
  • Cost is tax-deductible through Hope Partners International a 501(c)(3)
  • Lodging will be in a safe residence with an HPCR staff member.
