Bringing Hope and Supplies to Romania and Ukraine

The CAV team visited Hope Centers in Babadag, Murfatlar, Siminoc, and Cernavoda, as well as a refugee church in Constanta. We traveled into war-torn Ukraine, delivering critical supplies to over 500 children and their families. We also brought food, supplies, and much-needed care to squatter villages, sharing the love and compassion that transforms lives.

One of the highlights of the trip was preparing “Bags of Hope” filled with necessities to hand out to people in the community and the refugees from Ukraine. Plus the got the chance to see the progress on the new Hope Center in Babadag. The time spent with the children and families was filled with smiles, hugs, and moments of connection, a testament to the incredible impact made possible by your support.

Urgent Needs for the Coming Winter

As the conflict continues, the needs multiply and spread. An estimated 14.6 million people in Ukraine will require humanitarian assistance this year alone. Particularly vulnerable groups include older people and those with disabilities who may be unable to flee from high-risk areas. In preparation for the upcoming winter, we are focusing on three critical areas of need:

  • Food and Supplies: $5,000
  • Winter Shoes for Refugee Children: $6,000 for 250 children
  • Generators: $6,000

Total: $17,000

Urgent Need for Generators

Due to ongoing bombings, major cities like Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, and Lviv are experiencing power outages lasting up to 12 hours daily. Despite these challenges, businesses continue to operate, and gasoline generators are in high demand. Your support is needed more than ever to help us provide these essential resources.

Hope Partners’ Life-Saving Mission

Despite these challenges, Hope Partners remained steadfast in its life-saving mission. Our work in Ukraine was a source of hope, providing essential support and care to thousands. During our September mission trip, we continued this vital work, bringing much-needed relief and support to those suffering in Ukraine. Your support played a crucial role in helping us achieve this mission and offer hope in a time of great need.
