A Milestone Worth Celebrating
At the Hope Center in Costa Rica, we walk alongside children and families in the community of Pavas, offering a safe place, consistent care, education support, and the hope of a different future. What happens here is not a one-day event. It’s the result of showing up, day after day, and believing that every child’s story matters.
This graduation moment mattered deeply to us. The local school, Escuela Rincón Grande, didn’t just invite us to attend. They invited us to be part of the procession and to sit on stage as each sixth grader received their diploma. We were honored beyond words. For these students, finishing sixth grade is not guaranteed. It represents perseverance, stability, and the belief that their future is worth fighting for.
