In their traditional Romanian outfits, the children of our Hope Center in Siminoc lift their voices in song. Their excitement is contagious, their joy unshaken. They sing of God’s unchanging love—a love that reaches the farthest corners of the world, even here, in the forgotten streets of Siminoc.

In Kherson, Ukraine, families are struggling to survive—living underground, facing unimaginable hardship due to relentless conflict. But hope has arrived.
For over three years now, Hope Partners International has been on the ground alongside our incredible partners in Romania and dedicated teams from the USA. Together, we`ve delivered compassion and critical aid where it`s needed most.
This weekend, our teams packed and distributed over 300 bags filled with essential items: flour, rice, oil, sugar, pasta, vegetables, and even a few sweet treats. More than food, each bag carries dignity, love, and the compassionate name of Jesus.
Thanks to our supporters, these bags—over 300 of them this time alone—are now in the hands of refugees and families with absolutely nothing.
Every bag represents hope. Every item, compassion.

Mandye Tovias never saw herself as a missionary. That was for other people—people with a special calling, a supernatural gifting. She was content supporting from home, raising her kids, serving locally. Missions? That was her husband’s thing.
But then, one Sunday, everything changed.
Her pastor returned from a mission trip and shared about the impact. Then came the invitation: We’re planning a trip next year—who wants to go?
At that moment, Mandy heard it. A voice so clear it might as well have been audible.
GO. GO!
Fear fell away. Doubt disappeared. If they had left that very second, she would have packed her bags and gone.
And she did.
In the fall of 2023, Mandy stepped into the mission field in Romania, not as a superhero, but as someone willing. And that was enough.
